KBO caps each club at 3 foreign (import) players — a distinct, high-variance population signed from MLB / AAA. This is the one board that ranks every import by how they actually perform relative to the league average, with their handedness splits and recent form, so you can see at a glance which imports are carrying and which are scuffling.
How "foreign" is decided: the source rosters carry no nationality field, so this flag is derived from the name pattern (non-domestic surname / no hyphenated Korean given name). It is a heuristic, not an official designation. Sample sizes shown — small splits are noisy.
